I also take a transdiagnostic perspective, addressing underlying processes common to many mental health challenges by focusing on core issues like cognitive distortions, emotional dysregulation, and unhelpful behaviors. My goal is to provide compassionate support while helping create lasting, positive changes.
I provide therapy in both English and Italian, and offer text therapy for those who are not (yet) comfortable with more direct approaches. Evening appointments are available upon request.
