Please note that indirect time, such as reports written upon client’s request will be charged 1/2 of the hourly fee.

In-person sessions

Currently, I only offer sessions online. However, I will be available for in-person appointments in Amsterdam in 2025.

Insurance Policy and Doctor Referral

I’m not currently affiliated with Dutch health insurance providers. However, many international insurers do cover therapy costs. If you have international insurance, please review your plan details or contact your provider to determine your coverage. - A doctor’s referral is not required to schedule an appointment, although some insurance providers might require it for reimbursment purposes.

Frequency of the appointments and duration of the therapeutic journey

The frequency of appointments is tailored to your unique requirements and expectations. While sessions are typically held weekly, the schedule can be adjusted (e.g. to bi-weekly or bi-monthly) based on your situation. The length of the therapeutic path varies according to your goals and progress. Some individuals may find 8-12 sessions sufficient, while others may choose to continue therapy for several months or years, depending on their personal journey and evolving needs.

I provide mental health care to teenagers and adults. Here you can find and overview of my practice areas.
If you're interested in working together but don't see your specific issue listed, please feel free to inquire.

Please note that I am unable to provide support for psychosis, acute suicidality, severe substance abuse, intense anger issues, severe personality disorders, and couple therapy. For these concerns, I recommend seeking support from specialized professionals who can offer the appropriate care.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions, except for the free initial consultation, must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in a 50 euros charge.

Late Arrival Policy

If you anticipate being late to a session, that’s ok, please notify me via text or email as soon as possible. Depending on my schedule, we may be able to complete the session for the full duration or may need to cut it short.
